Connie Winstead received her California real estate license in 1979 and began working in the industry in 1970 at a large independent escrow company in the Los Angeles area. She has been involved in real estate her entire working career. She knows this business and is excellent in teaching and explaining the many phases, steps and processes involved in a transaction. She is a member of the Pismo Coast Board of Realtors of the Central Coast, she is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and a California Notary Public.
